  1. Scope<\/strong>
    These general terms and conditions govern sales concluded between SOKA SRL and any consumer placing an order via the website. Any order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

  2. Products<\/strong>
    The food supplements offered comply with applicable Belgian and European regulations and have been notified to the FPS Public Health. They do not replace a varied and balanced diet or a healthy lifestyle, and are not a substitute for medical advice. Products must be used in accordance with the instructions on the packaging.
    They must be kept out of reach of children.
    The customer is responsible for proper storage and appropriate use of the products.

  3. Orders<\/strong>
    The order becomes binding once payment has been confirmed.
    SOKA SRL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a dispute, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or incomplete information.

  4. Prices and payment<\/strong>
    Prices are stated in euros, VAT included.
    Delivery costs are specified before the order is confirmed.
    Payment is due immediately via the secure payment methods offered on the website.
    In the event of an obvious pricing error, SOKA SRL may cancel the order before shipment.

  5. Delivery<\/strong>
    Delivery in Belgium, France, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
    The delivery times indicated are for information purposes only.
    Risk transfers to the customer upon receipt of the parcel.
    In the event of an incorrect address or failure to collect, the refund will cover products only, excluding delivery costs.

  6. Right of withdrawal<\/strong>
    The customer has 14 days from receipt to notify their right of withdrawal.
    Products must be returned at the customer\u2019s expense in their original packaging, sealed, unopened, and in perfect condition.
    Opened or damaged products cannot be refunded in accordance with Article VI.53, 5\u00b0 of the Code of Economic Law.
    The refund includes the price of the products and the initial delivery costs, excluding return costs, subject to receipt of the returned items or proof of dispatch.
    The refund is made using the payment method used when placing the order.

  7. Liability<\/strong>
    SOKA SRL cannot be held liable in the event of non-compliant use, improper storage, or failure to follow the instructions on the packaging.
    Liability is limited to the total amount of the order.
    Indirect damages are excluded.
    Cases of force majeure suspend obligations.

  8. Data protection<\/strong>
    The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy available on the website.
    Data controller: SOKA SRL.

  9. Applicable law and disputes<\/strong>
    Belgian law applies.
    Disputes fall exclusively under the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Nivelles.
    The customer may use the Consumer Mediation Service.

  10. Amendments to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale<\/strong>
    SOKA SRL may amend the General Terms and Conditions of Sale at any time.
