General Terms and Conditions of Sale - B2B<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

  1. Scope of Application<\/strong>
    These terms apply to sales of SOKA SRL products to professionals, including pharmacies, parapharmacies, and resellers. They take precedence over the professional customer’s purchasing conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  2. Products<\/strong>
    The products supplied are dietary supplements compliant with Belgian and European regulations.
    They must be resold as-is.
    Any modification, repackaging, or alteration requires the written consent of SOKA SRL.

  3. Orders<\/strong>
    All orders are binding upon confirmation by SOKA SRL.
    SOKA SRL may refuse an order or require advance payment in the event of prior disputes or solvency concerns.

  4. Pricing and Payment<\/strong>
    Prices are stated excluding VAT.
    Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due within 30 calendar days from the invoice date.
    Any delay will result in the application of statutory interest and a fixed compensation.

  5. Delivery<\/strong>
    Delivery times are indicative and cannot give rise to compensation.
    Risks are transferred to the professional upon handover to the carrier.
    Any claim related to transport must be reported within 48 hours, with photographic evidence.

  6. Returns<\/strong>
    The right of withdrawal does not apply in B2B transactions.
    No returns will be accepted without prior written consent.
    Opened, damaged, repackaged, or expired products will not be accepted.

  7. Liability<\/strong>
    SOKA SRL’s liability is limited to the replacement or refund of non-compliant products.
    Indirect damages are not compensated.

  8. Distribution and Brand Image<\/strong>
    The reseller undertakes to:
    \u2013 respect the premium positioning of the brand;
    \u2013 not resell on unauthorized platforms;
    \u2013 not damage the image, presentation, or perception of the products.

  9. Disputes<\/strong>
    Belgian law applies.
